Return and Refund Policy
As a provider of digital courses, we strive to deliver high-quality educational content to our customers. Given the digital nature of our courses and the immediate accessibility of our content upon purchase, we do not offer returns or refunds for any course enrollments. All sales are final.

In rare cases of technical issues or other extenuating circumstances preventing access to the course content, customers may contact our support team for assistance. We will make every effort to resolve any issues promptly and ensure access to the purchased courses.
Shipping Policy:
For customers enrolling in the QPR Instructor certification course, we offer free shipping of instructor materials within India. To request the free instructor materials, including booklets, wallet cards, and certificates, along with the signed instructor contract, completion certificate, and complete address, customers must email sales@qprindia.com after completing the course and signing the instructor agreement. Please note that free materials will be shipped only within India. Upon receiving the email, QPRI India will process the shipment within 30 days.
