Group and institutional training

Most of the people we train are trained by their college, hospital or employer rather than individually. That is deliberate: a single trained gatekeeper helps, but a trained cohort changes what happens on a campus.

How a cohort programme runs

The shape is the same whether it is a hostel block, a nursing college or a workforce. What changes is scale and who gets certified as a trainer.

  1. Scope the cohort

We work out who most needs to be trained first. On a campus that is usually wardens, counsellors and student peer mentors before general faculty. In a hospital it is often nursing staff and front-desk teams.

  2. Certify your own trainers

For anything above a few hundred people, we certify a small group from inside your institution as QPR instructors. They then train the rest, at your pace, without paying per head forever. This is the model used across the Andhra Pradesh medical colleges.

  3. Run it, then check it

Training that nobody refreshes decays. We agree a review point up front — who has been trained, what has actually happened since, and what the referral route looks like in practice.

Andhra Pradesh, 2025

Under Project EASE, with the state Department of Medical Education, we trained first-year medical students in peer mental health support and QPR gatekeeper skills between May and September 2025.

Institutions are invoiced directly. There is no cart and no card needed.

Invoicing

We raise a GST invoice against your purchase order. Payment by NEFT, RTGS or UPI. Certificates are issued once the cohort completes.

Scheduling

Online courses run whenever your people are free. Live and in-person sessions are booked around your academic or shift calendar.

Records

You get a completion list for the cohort, which is usually what an accreditation body or a compliance review asks for.

Tell us what you need

Send us the institution, roughly how many people, where you are, and any date you are working towards. We will reply with formats and a quote. If you would rather talk it through first, say so and we will call.
