Terms and conditions

These terms apply to training bought from QPR Institute India through this website or by invoice.

What you are buying

Access to a QPR training course, delivered online or in person as described on the course page, and a certificate on completion. Courses are licensed from the QPR Institute and are for the use of the named participant only.

Enrolment and access

Course login details are issued by email within 24 hours of a confirmed payment, on working days. Access is personal and non-transferable. Sharing login details between people is a breach of these terms and may result in access being withdrawn without refund.

What the training is not

QPR training teaches you to recognise a suicide crisis and refer someone to help. It does not qualify you to diagnose, treat or counsel, and it does not make you responsible for another person's safety. Nothing in the training substitutes for professional medical or mental health care.

Institutional purchases

Institutions are invoiced against a purchase order. Certificates are issued once the cohort completes. Cohort numbers agreed at quotation are the basis of the invoice; additional participants are invoiced separately.

Prices and tax

Prices are in Indian rupees and exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. GST is charged at the applicable rate and shown on the invoice.

Liability

Our liability in connection with any course is limited to the amount paid for that course. We do not exclude liability where it cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bengaluru have exclusive jurisdiction.
